Planixs Expands Global Sales and Marketing Operations
Planixs, the leading provider of real-time banking treasury software, has expanded its sales and marketing team with five new appointments to meet client and partner demand for its Realiti software solution.
In line with the company’s rapid growth – having recently secured contracts for its intraday liquidity software with several leading banks across Europe and North America – five new positions have been created to strengthen its global position in the fintech space.
Joining as Head of Pre-Sales is Ian Campbell, who brings with him over 20 years’ experience in pre-sales and consultancy roles for large technology firms. Ian has joined Planixs to use his experience to structure and build out the pre-sales team and to work as part of the sales team providing technical support and guidance on RFP opportunities and product demonstrations.
Ian follows the recent appointments of Colleen O’Brien, Marketing Manager, and Emma Markey, Sales Executive.
Colleen will head up all marketing and PR activities for the fintech organisation, responsible for raising market awareness of the Planixs and Realiti brands and supporting the sales team, and wider company, with branding and marketing requirements. Colleen brings with her over 10 years’ experience working for software and technology companies, responsible for devising marketing strategies and executing global marketing and communication activities. Colleen also spent 10 years previously working in the financial services industry.
Joining Planixs with over 10 years’ experience in legal and financial software sales, Emma will be responsible for working closely with prospects and customers to understand their intraday needs, and growing Planixs’ existing customer base.
In addition, Planixs has also been joined by two Business Development Consultants to support the company’s sales efforts with both top tier and mid-market banks in Europe and the US.
This expansion follows the appointment of Tim Page, Worldwide Head of Sales – responsible for leading Planixs’ global sales growth and supporting the evolution of Planixs as the leading real-time treasury software provider.
