Spencer joined the Planixs Board in March 2019 as a member of BGF. BGF is UK and Ireland’s most active investor in growing companies. Spencer’s previous experience was held as Senior Investment and Portfolio Manager at Wheatsheaf Group. Prior to this, Spencer trained at PwC in Manchester, becoming Assistant Director in the corporate finance team.
